Coronavirus plague advantages some kind of companies and disadvantages other ones. Services and traditional shops are struggling, while hi-tech companies focused on remote communication, videoconference and/or file hosting get extra money.
In that situation e-commerce liking grows , especially due to the necessity to stay at home. Home delivery and shopping on line are getting stronger and stronger.
In spite of everything, this “virus economy” is having a positive side effect. The numbers are clear: the total blockade of countries, due to the government’s decree on the coronavirus emergency, has drastically reduced pollution in the big cities. Sattelites ESA and Arpa confirm the reduction.
“Staying at home” has made us rediscover values that until some time before, because of our busy and perennially running life, we had lost: like being together and spending moments with the family, or enjoying the pleasantness of loneliness.
What makes us closer, despite the distance, is sharing, expressed in all its forms, we have never been more united. Even a Food Gift becomes sharing. It creates and strengthens relationships with the people we have close to us every day.
