Can I modify or cancel an order after confirming it?

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. However, you can contact our customer service to check if it is still possible to cancel it before it is shipped.

Can I change the delivery date after placing the order?

The delivery date cannot be changed after the order is confirmed. For any specific requests, please contact our team via Live Chat.

Can I add a card with a personalized message?

Yes, you can add a personalized message. Before adding the Gift box to your cart, you will find a dedicated field under the product description where you can write your message. We will include the card inside the package.

Can I use a corporate Gift Card to make a purchase on your e-commerce site?

Yes! If you have received a Spagni&Spagni Gift Card from your company, you can use it as a payment method. At checkout, enter the coupon code in the designated field, and the value of the Gift Card will be deducted from the total order amount.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I track my order?

Yes, we offer Live Tracking. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking code to monitor the package in real-time through the courier’s website. For the tracking code, please contact us via Live Chat or by email at shop@spagnithegift.com.

Can I pick up my order at your location?

Yes, you can pick up your order for free at our location in Reggio Emilia, Via Alessandro Volta 1/E, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.
Your order will be available for pickup for 3 days from the indicated date, after which the products will be returned to stock. If you have already made the payment, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
To collect your order, you must present a copy of the order and a valid ID.
To ensure better service, we kindly ask you to schedule an appointment by phone or via WhatsApp Live Chat to confirm the date and time you plan to pick up your order.
