To make purchases on spagniTheGift.com you do not need to register however, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
On each product page, you will find a complete description of the items included in the gift box. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.

PRICES
Products are invoiced in Euro at the price in effect at the time you place your order.
Prices shown on the website include Value Added Tax which will be applied at the current rate.
It’s our commitment to try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices are correct when appearing online, but some products may be subject to slight variations. If, however, we discover an error in the price of products you ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the opportunity to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

HOW TO ORDER
1) From the item page, select the quantity of the product
2) Add the product to your cart
3) Once you have finished shopping, click on cart
4) Select a shipping method and a payment method
5) Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details
6) Check that the information you entered is correct and click “Buy Now”
After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation e-mail.

ORDER BEING PREPARED
The order has been confirmed and we have already sent a confirmation e-mail with the Order Number.

ORDER HAS SHIPPED
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the Tracking Number to track the delivery.
It is possible to check the order status at any time by entering the Order Number in the MY ACCOUNT/MY ORDERS page.

GIFT BOX WITH PERSONAL MESSAGE
The order will be delivered in an elegant gift pack with a ribbon and without prices. If you wish to add a personal message, enter the text into the “Greeting Card” field; we will print it on a spagniTheGift.com card.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. The package can be returned as indicated in our Return Policy.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AND ADD OTHER PRODUCTS OR REMOVE THEM?
Unfortunately not. Each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the details. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order.
